[Abstract]

 This project has been adopted in the development area proposed type TAO FY2000. In the event of large-scale disaster, it is to communicate effectively collect accurate information such as the status of implementation of emergency measures or disaster situation lifeline immediately after the disaster from for smooth implementation of the anti-emergency disaster rapid is essential there. The purpose of this study, using the database was digitized information lifeline that is collected using image information obtained from such as satellite images, aerial, a wireless network, and large, in the event of a disaster, and the big picture is to build a system to support the development of an effective recovery plan by understanding the damage in detail.
 1) Technology to generate an image based on data from aerial and satellite photos, etc., to grasp the damage situation and matching it with GIS.(Image processing technology based on understanding damage;Group A)
 2) Technology to dynamically change the protocol when necessary or when emergency contact to the affected people and the terminal part of the technology to efficiently build ad hoc wireless network is set up emergency rescue team in the field affected by the failure. (dynamic building an emergency wireless network technology;Group B)
 3) Capture and analyze data of a pressure gauge for the management of water supply lifeline, especially essential to sustain life, was installed base of mosquitoes and water pipe network water supply pipe network of an electronic database using GIS.In addition, the technology developed to support the recovery plan to integrate database image database is obtained, from the wireless network, the life line database (integrated assistive technology lifeline restoration;Group C)
