A Study on Route Control Method with Partial Switch of GMPLS Path

Recently, with advance of high speed transport technologies, there are various kinds of traffic on the network.

To put the Holonic Network to practical use, as to the transport network, GMPLS and wavelength switching technologies can be applied. However, as to the control network, a general router does not have advanced control functions, so the concrete design method is not proposed. Therefore, this paper proposes to design advanced service control nodes on the Holonic Network.

In this paper, comparing the proposed method with other method shows the validity of the proposed method. Moreover, in order to prove that the Holonic Routing function is implemented using PLAN which is one of the Active Network languages developed by the SwitchWare Project.
